- ➤ Three new restaurants—Culver's, Dog Haus and Magnolia Social House—will open in Fort Smith in 2026. Culver's will be built at 8450 Rogers Avenue, Magnolia Social House is set for March in the former Taliano's building, and Bricktown will rebuild on the historic Adelaide Hall lot. - ➤ ArcBest CEO Judy McReynolds will retire on Dec. 31 after a 28-year career with the Fort Smith-based trucking company, and she will continue as chairman; Company President Seth Runser will assume CEO duties on Jan. 1 (as planned). 5 News
