- ➤ Data from Realtor.com shows that the median home in Sebastian County listed at $289,125 in September, down 2% from the previous month and averaging 1,926 square feet with a listing price of $146 per square foot—188 new listings represented a 2.2% increase from last month while homes stayed on the market for a median 65 days compared to a 62-day national median. In the Fort Smith metro area, the median home price rose slightly to $275,125 with homes averaging 1,849 square feet at $147 per square foot. Southwest Times Record
