A winning LOTTO ticket for $1.338 million was sold at Casey’s on Phoenix Ave in Fort Smith during Wednesday’s drawing and remains unclaimed, with the winner having 180 days to claim the prize—three other high-value tickets were also sold in Hot Springs Village, Little Rock and Fort Smith.
