- ➤ Harps Foods Stores announced a new store at 6400 Veterans Avenue in Fort Smith—its grand opening will occur on Wednesday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. The store will offer groceries and gas daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with curbside pickup and home delivery options. 4029 News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Fort Smith Fire Department is raising funds to build a memorial at Station 1 that will honor firefighters who died in the line of duty. The project will feature a bronze statue—engraved pavers arranged in a Maltese cross—and donations may be made via PayPal or check to support the Firefighters Foundation. 5 News
