- ➤ An appeals court ruling sent the excessive force lawsuit back to district court for individual review of three Sebastian County Sheriff's Office deputies accused of using force in a 2020 incident with a driver having a medical condition—each deputy now faces separate scrutiny as the case moves forward. - ➤ State officials announced that auctions of tax-delinquent properties in the River Valley raised over $1.3 million—51 of 53 parcels sold in one event and 44 of 45 in another.
