- ➤ A proposed court judgment on Wednesday would restrict Arkansas poultry growers to using fertilizer with less than one-fourth the phosphorus allowed for Oklahoma, a ruling that could limit fertilizer options on poultry farms. River Valley Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin called for a federal law to let states jam contraband cell phones in prisons after saying inmates used them to coordinate criminal activity—he argued that targeted jamming would block illegal use without affecting emergency calls—and U.S. Sen.
