- ➤ Fort Smith police arrested a 46-year-old man listed as homeless in connection with the theft of two industrial water-cooling coils valued at nearly $7,000 from a business in the 3900 block of Wheeler Avenue on June 24—McCoy remains detained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center with no bond set. - ➤ The Arkansas Board of Corrections approved up to $50,000 on June 26 to drill test wells for water at the Franklin County prison site.
