GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Attorney General Tim Griffin’s office filed a brief with the state Supreme Court on Friday arguing that sovereign immunity should have led a circuit judge to dismiss the school voucher suit that challenges the LEARNS program—claiming the plaintiffs did not show the constitutional violations needed to overcome immunity.
