- ➤ Sebastian County’s prosecutor Daniel Shue has asked for a special prosecutor to check possible criminal acts linked to a FOIA request about the city’s internal auditor hire—he said a citizen complaint, a court ruling for FOIA violations, and his conflict of interest led him to seek state help.
