- ➤ Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus announced its Chancellor’s List and Honor Roll for spring 2025. A total of 447 students were recognized—245 earned a 4 GPA. River Valley Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ The XNA board withdrew both proposals for handling sales tax revenue and filed a lawsuit against Highfill to enforce Act 769—saying the dispute may extend the 2% fee on airport purchases while negotiations and mediation are expected to resume. 5 News
- ➤ A Sebastian County District Judge ruled that Fort Smith acting city administrator Jeff Dingman violated FOIA laws by not turning over documents on time—raising concerns when a background check for the fired auditor candidate could not be shown. Attorney Joey McCutchen said some papers were also left out during the review of the hiring and firing process. 4029 News
