- ➤ Yesterday, May 27, community leaders and Mayor McGill joined a groundbreaking ceremony for Next Step Neighborhood as Next Step Homeless Services broke ground on a housing program at the corner of South I and South 6th, with plans for 30 tiny homes and an 8,000 sqft facility.
