- ➤ Severe weather on Monday night caused flash flooding in Fort Smith and officials urged residents to avoid flooded areas - five water rescues were reported with no injuries confirmed. An injury crash on I-540 near Exit 10 at 9:16 p.m. left all lanes impacted. 5 News
