- ➤ An Oklahoma man, Nephesh Ruach 45, pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder, aggravated assault with a firearm, and possession of firearms by certain persons in connection with the fatal shooting of 42-year-old Brian Jones and 51-year-old Todd Jewell at Foxfire Club on April 9 — he remains detained on a $510,000 bond — and faces a separate charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
