- ➤ On Apr. 4, a 14-inch water line broke near the Riley Farm area on Highway 71, causing low water pressure and service outages while crews worked nonstop after uncovering a 3-foot hole; repairs were expected to be completed that night. City of Fort Smith

- ➤ The Arkansas College of Health Sciences is hosting a spring art exhibit with Choctaw Nation Public Arts that displays over 70 cultural objects and artworks.
