- ➤ Baptist Health-Fort Smith is set to reshape its downtown campus (1001 Towson Ave.) over the next 12 to 18 months by reinvesting in some services and transitioning out of others while planning to invest more than $20 million as final plans are developed. River Valley Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Medical experts say the synthetic opioid cychlorphine (up to 10 times more potent than fentanyl) has been found in Oklahoma and could already be mixing into local supplies in Arkansas, prompting calls for carrying naloxone as a safeguard. 4029 News
