Fort Smith Police Department reopened applications for its Youth Safe Driving Program for drivers aged 16 to 18.

Classes run every Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Mar. 11 to Apr. 29 with a March 2 deadline – applicants must have a valid license and insurance.
