- ➤ The University of Arkansas–Fort Smith will use $15 million federal funding received on Feb. 6 to build a Center for Mother and Infant Healthcare that will feature simulation labs for training healthcare workers and programs for expectant families on campus (promising improved outcomes in the River Valley).
