State film festivals and the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission are hosting a statewide video contest for students (grades 9-12) to create 30-second commercials (promoting environmental responsibility) until April 24, with winners announced at an Arkansas Cinema Society Summer Screening and awarded prizes plus a teacher’s lodge stay.
