- ➤ Snowfall is drawing Fort Smith bird watchers to feeders and windows as familiar species like dark-eyed juncos, robins and cardinals appear today; UAFS ornithologist Ragupathy Kannan advises using black-oil sunflower seeds — a high-energy food — to help birds stay nourished.
