Jay Randolph, Director of Parks and Golf, detailed new plans for trail upgrades at Bob Boyer Park and Ben Geren Park during a Monday meeting with the Sebastian County Parks Advisory Board (efforts already underway in recent months).

The improvements aim to boost safety and access for local park users.

Project Concern updated its eligibility rules so qualifying low-income residents can get discounts on water, sewer, and solid waste services.
